Our recruitment and selection method is unique because it is based on discovering a candidate’s innate talent through the TalentScan. Only after this step do we assess whether the necessary competencies are present to activate this natural talent. An employee who has activated their talent is authentic and applies it effectively in practice, allowing them to perform from a place of strength. With our method, we can accurately determine how well a candidate’s profile aligns with the job requirements.

It is often not difficult to define the desired competencies for a vacancy. However, the real challenge lies in assessing whether an applicant is truly who they appear to be in reality.

In this context, competencies refer to the skills, knowledge, and strengths that a person has developed over time through upbringing, education, work, and life experiences.

Recruitment & Selection Process:

1. Defining Job Requirements: The employer and MAXURTALENT collaborate to determine the essential competencies for the role. These competencies are used to create the job description and guide the selection process.

2. First Candidate Selection: Based on resumes and cover letters, the employer evaluates whether candidates possess both the required personal and professional competencies.

3. First Interview Invitation: The employer invites a number of suitable candidates for a first-round interview. These interviews assess the required competencies for the role, as well as the technical knowledge of the candidates.

4. TalentScan Assessment: Candidates selected for the second-round interview undergo a TalentScan conducted by MAXURTALENT. Based on the scan, we provide an independent recommendation to the selection committee, indicating the degree to which the candidate matches the job profile.

5. Second Interview Invitation: The employer invites the selected candidates for a second-round interview.

6. Final Decision: The employer selects the most suitable candidate. Thanks to the TalentScan, the employer gains insight into which competencies the new employee will naturally excel in and which tasks may require more energy.

Onboarding process for new employees:

In the first week of onboarding, we recommend a meeting between the new employee, their manager, and MAXURTALENT. During this discussion, we will review and explain the Talent Report of the new employee. By identifying both their challenges and growth potential, the employer can develop a targeted onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition and effective integration into the organization.
