Business scan
A Business Scan provides insight into the natural talents of your employees, both individually and at a team level. Making optimal use of these talents has a positive impact on the team, business performance, and key factors such as absenteeism, employee turnover, and customer satisfaction.
The TalentScan is an individual analysis that combines a person’s innate talents with the competencies they have developed over time. The scan incorporates, among other things, the archetypes of the German psychiatrist and psychologist Carl Jung. Its goal is to provide a holistic view of what an individual is naturally good at (which gives energy) and what they find more challenging (which costs energy).
The scan, which consists of two parts, begins with a selection of image cards that represent different natural talents. This exercise helps to identify and understand your own innate abilities. In the second part, you select competencies that best reflect your current situation.
In this context, competencies refer to skills, knowledge, and strengths that a person has developed over time through upbringing, education, work, and life experiences.
Based on the selections made and your personal and/or professional goals, a Talent Report is created. This report provides insight into your natural talents, the corresponding competencies, and your current growth potential. With this understanding, you can work towards achieving a better energy balance—both professionally and personally.
