Coaching

Based on the TalentScan, we can answer important questions such as: What is going well, and what could be improved? What are my limitations? Am I still being authentic, or have I adapted so much to the expectations of others that I no longer feel like myself?

There are various reasons why people, consciously or unconsciously, may not always be authentic. Some possible explanations include:

* Social norms and expectations

* Self-protection

* Insecurity or lack of self-confidence

* Societal influence

Wearing a ‘mask’ is often a way to maintain control over how others perceive you. However, this can also hinder genuine connection and personal growth. If you unconsciously present a different version of yourself, it can be draining.

Once we gain clarity on what your authentic self looks like, we can map out your development potential together. We activate your natural talents by developing the right competencies, ensuring a better balance between tasks that give you energy and those that drain you.
