How do we work?

We start with a TeamScan to create an overview of the personnel profiles available within the team. What are the talents, where are the limitations and what are the personal motivations.

As a consultant, we offer how we as a MAXURTALENT can contribute to achieving the business goals. These can be topics such as:

* What is my short and long term strategy?

* How do I make a SWOT analysis of my company and/or team?

* What does the market in which I operate look like?

* What differentiates me from others?

* How do I create a business plan?

* What other items should I / can I prepare for?

We see consultancy as a continuous process, because the market is constantly changing.

Periodically we can schedule a feedback conversation and ensure that the company grows in line with the developments in the market. In order to run a successful business one has to keep current at all times, which is what makes entrepreneurship so challenging and interesting!
